| Alpha Nest | Location |

| Bug Alpha Nest | Hillside Forest — located at the lower left part of the forest. After passing the first trainer, follow the path to the left and then down. |
| Normal Alpha Nest | Route 5 — on the left side of the route, right beside the Daycare Center. |
| Poison Alpha Nest | Profane Swamp — in the third section of the swamp. Using the den entrance as a reference point, it’s found in the lower left corner. |
| Electric Alpha Nest | Storm Hill — just below the entrance to the Burned Workshop (Requires Surf). |
| Grass Alpha Nest | Prosperity Sanctuary (Outside) — located at the upper right part of the map. You’ll need the Gogat Mount to climb the mountain wall. |
| Rock Alpha Nest | Route 10 — starting from the route entrance, it’s located in the upper right part of the map. |
| Water Alpha Nest | Route 11 (Part 2) — on the left side of the beach. You’ll need Surf to reach this nest. |
| Flying Alpha Nest | Route 12 — at the intersection where two bridges meet. Take the bridge leading north, then go down the stairs to the left. |
| Psychic Alpha Nest | Batik City — in the upper right corner of the city. You’ll need to climb several rocky walls on the right side to reach it. |
| Ghost Alpha Nest | Route 15 — go to the right screen of the route, then return through the upper path to the left screen. The nest is just before a ledge. |
| Fighting Alpha Nest | Route 18 (Part 2) — in the upper right corner of the route, just above and before the intersection on the right side. |
| Steel Alpha Nest | Route 19 — in the lower right corner of the route, next to the tracks and mine carts. |
